While finding my way to my destination, I learn about the places I visit or stumble upon.I suppose I write primarily for wanderers like myself, who like to find their own way, who travel in search of more than typical sightseeing.I write for independent travelers who don’t need a tour for sightseeing. My ideal readers see places to visit as more than tourist destinations and want to learn about their natural, archaeological, historical, and cultural background.All my articles are based on my personal experiences of getting lost and finding new ways through places. They are also based on over thirty years of planned travels, of wandering through places I knew well and others I only heard about.Some of my favorite places to wander through – and sometimes get lost in… Often during our travels, we have a general itinerary.
