It's been replaced by the Sonos Arc Ultra now, but that model costs nearly twice as much – and the original is still a very impressive piece of gear, especially if you want a powerful Dolby Atmos soundbar with no external subwoofer.I'd especially recommend it for anyone thinking of wall-mounting their TV and soundbar combo – it's such a neat and tidy unit. The short answer is no, you can buy almost any inexpensive cable. But the slightly longer answer is that you don't want to cheap out too much. Digital image signals can transmit over nearly any quality of wire, but like any product, a cable that's too cheaply made might just not work that well. Most significantly, if you'll use the cable for gaming at 4K 120Hz with a new-gen console, make sure you get one that supports full HDMI 2.1. The problem is that HDMI cables and ports are allowed to be labelled as HDMI 2.1 even if they don't support all the features. So instead, look for cables that say they support 8K 60Hz – this means they should be real HDMI 2.1. You don't need 8K, but that's not the point – this cable will support every other format too if it supports that. You can always stick with reliable-but-affordable cable brands, such as Amazon Basics, Anker and UGreen.2025-11-25T14:03:59.801Z(Image credit: XGIMI / Future)Of course, traditional TVs aren't your only option here in 2025. Portable projectors are one of the year's hottest products, and it's easy to see why – big screen thrills, anywhere you want, for a fraction of the price of a huge TV. The image quality won't match a great TV's image quality, but that's not the point – it's the flexibility. We really like the Xgimi MoGo 4, which especially impressed us with its built-in sound quality and battery so you truly don't even need a power connection (for a while, at least).Xgimi MoGo 4: was $499 now $399 at Amazon2025-11-25T12:57:18.636ZThe cheapest TV deal today that might actually be worth buying? Some TVs have a central 'pedestal' stand, and some have feet at the outer edges. If you buy a big TV and it's wider than your TV unit, the feet might hang right off the edge…Some TVs (including Sony) can dual placement of the feet, so that can go at the edge or more centrally. And some TVs have different heights you can place them on the stand, so that they can go very low against the TV unit surface if you'd prefer than aesthetically… you can raise them higher, so you can fit a soundbar in front of them without blocking the screen.2025-11-24T20:09:18.425Z(Image credit: 20th Century Studios / Future)We've also just posted the November edition of our Blu-ray Bounty feature, where we test the latest 4K Blu-rays to see which ones will make an especially good addition to your collection for showing off what your TV and sound system can do.2025-11-24T19:02:30.365Z(Image credit: Future)If you already have a 4K Blu-ray player, don't forget that the Criterion Collection has a huge sale on right now, including half price 4K discs!2025-11-24T17:05:45.216Z(Image credit: Future)At the cheaper end of the 4K Blu-ray player spectrum, we recommend the Sony UBP-X700. We recommend the Panasonic DP-UB820 as delivering the best balance of price and elite features – we use it all the time for testing, including in the image above, where it's powering a comparison showdown between this year's top elite TVs from Samsung, LG, Sony and Panasonic.Alas, there haven't been any Black Friday deals on it yet, but we live in hope.2025-11-24T14:55:56.988Z(Image credit: Future (James Grimshaw))Home theater purists often tend to look down on soundbars, and would say that if you must do with something compact just with your TV, then a great pair of stereo speakers is the way to go. And there's a deal on the perfect pair: the Kanto Ren are now $449 (was $699) at Amazon, and we gave them a perfect five stars in our Kanto Ren review. They have an HDMI ARC port on the rear, so you just plug them in like a soundbar, and that's it – big sound, in a cool design, with several funky colors available.2025-11-24T14:27:50.348Z(Image credit: Future)The one thing about getting these huge mid-range TVs? You will probably want to add a soundbar if the home theater experience is what you really want from them. They all put a lot of effort into their built-in sound, with systems tuned by the likes of Onkyo and even Bang & Olufsen. But they're still limited by physics: the speakers just aren't large enough or numerous enough to delivery a huge cinematic sound.A meaty soundbar will add a lot to the experience – the Sony Bravia Theater Bar 6 for $499 is a great addition to one of these large TVs. It's all about big Dolby Atmos power, and won't break the bank.2025-11-24T14:19:33.971Z(Image credit: Future)Both Hisense and TCL also offer bleeding-edge sets, which can have huge discounts, but are inherently niche. The TCL QM9K is very impressive, as is the even more flagship X11K, and the Hisense UX range showcases some stunning tech too. But most people will be happier with the price range of the QM6K/U65Q up to the QM8K/U8Q.2025-11-24T14:11:09.012Z(Image credit: Future)Next up in the range, if you want to get something that qualifies as truly a premium TV, but for a mid-range price, then the TCL QM8K and the Hisense U8Q are the models to get. TCL is back in front here, with the QM8K available for astonishingly low prices, considering how good its contrast handling and overall performance is. It can stand up to Samsung's best, yet is massively cheaper than that brand's equivalent models.2025-11-24T13:58:55.565Z(Image credit: Future)If you can spend a little more, you can go to the next tier up from the TCL QM6K and the Hisense U65Q range. Unsurprisingly, these are called the TCL QM7K and the Hisense U75Q.What you're getting here is a higher-quality mini-LED panel, which means a little more brightness and little more crispness in the areas where light and dark are next to each other. You also get better anti-reflective layers in the screen, so black tones look deeper even in bright rooms. Here, Hisense has been the winner so far, with the U75Q available at 55 inches for around $500 – the TCL QM7K has been resistant to further Black Friday price drops so far, so I have a suspicion that these will come at some point, maybe on Black Friday itself.2025-11-24T13:49:24.110Z(Image credit: Future)I've mentioned the TCL QM6K here a few times already, but that's because it really is going to be one of the most popular TVs of the year. Rich contrast from mini-LED tech, a full suite of current-gen console features, Google TV so all your streaming needs are served, and a 55-inch model for under $400? It's so hard to beat. The Hisense U6 range is its equivalent of this, but we've seen the TCL side for slightly cheaper, so that's our pick of the two – if the Hisense drops lower, we'd happily recommend it!2025-11-24T13:38:52.273Z(Image credit: Future)TCL and Hisense have become two of the hottest TV brands this year, and it's easy to see why – when it comes to mid-range TVs, they're making the rest of the field look like a hard sell. Even Amazon's own value-conscious Fire TV models can't match the value of TCL and Hisense's more affordable stuff. In particular, as people have moved towards buying larger TVs, TCL and Hisense have really owned the world of affordable, and actually really good, 75-inch TVs and up.2025-11-24T13:29:35.891ZJust a reminder that my team is offering personalized Black Friday TV advice – on TVs, soundbars, projectors or anything else in the AV realm you want to ask about, really! The reader had an older LG LED TV that really suffered with being too dim to see in dark scenes, so was hoping for a big improvement on that.I recommended the TCL QM6K, which appears many times on this page, because the 55-inch version is just $400 right now. It has an Ethernet port (as most mid-range TVs do, thankfully), and its mini-LED backlight means that it doesn't have to dim its whole panel in order to show decent black tones, like older TV's had to – it can dim the areas that need to be dark, and can make the bright parts pop still, thanks to localized dimming tech.2025-11-24T10:39:34.954ZOkay folks, it's Monday – we're well and truly into the Black Friday thunderdome now! I'm about to check all of the deals on the page to make sure they're still relevant, and will delve into the depths of the all the big retailers to see if anything new and exciting has appeared.2025-11-23T17:58:53.100Z(Image credit: Future)I've been talking a lot about adding new smart TV tech to existing TVs, but I also get questions from people about which smart TV systems are the best, in case it influences buying a new TV.The first thing to mention is that personal preference comes into it a lot! Oddly, people don't seem to realise this – I've had so many comments on videos and articles telling me how obviously Samsung has the worst software and LG's is the best, and equally the same number of comments saying exactly the opposite. But still, we put together a guide to the best smart TV platforms, to help pick through what all the different options are like here in 2025, and to rank them… in our humble opinion.2025-11-23T17:02:59.756Z(Image credit: TechRadar)I mentioned above that I use an Apple TV 4K at home, but that has appeared on this page because, sadly, there are no deals on it!This is actually unusual – in the last few years, it's been a Black Friday staple – so I'm hoping that we'll get a nice deal on Black Friday itself. The Apple TV 4K is a lot more expensive than the sticks from Amazon and Roku, but it's also more capable, is loved by home theater fans for having better picture quality than the cheaper sticks as well.2025-11-23T16:06:49.596ZIf you want something with a few more advanced features, then you've got a dead heat. Both Amazon and Roku have streaming sticks that include Dolby Vision and HDR10+ dual advanced HDR support available for $24.99.The Amazon Fire TV 4K Plus is $24.99 (was $49.99) at Amazon right now, while the Roku Streaming Stick 4K is $24.99 (was $49.99) also at Amazon. So you just choose based on your preference for the software – as I mentioned above, I'd go with Roku.(Also, if you've read the last couple of posts and thought to yourself "Wait, the Roku 4K Plus is actually less advanced than the Roku 4K, surely must be a mistake?" then… well, you've understood correctly! Roku's current line-up is weird.)2025-11-23T14:57:32.354Z(Image credit: Future)Even if you have an HD TV only and not a 4K one, you should maybe think about just getting the Roku Streaming Stick 4K Plus for $19 at Amazon, down from $39.99. It does both HD and 4K, and it means it's more future-proof – you can use it with a 4K TV in the future and get full quality, if you prefer. For the sake of $1, I'd probably go that route! Plus, I prefer Roku's software…2025-11-23T14:12:17.451Z(Image credit: Future)There are two big streaming upgrade options so far this Black Friday: Amazon and Roku.If you just have a small or old HD TV (ie, with no 4K support), then you can get the latest-gen Amazon Fire TV Stick for just $17.99 at Amazon, which is half price from its original $34.99.However, there's an option that's only $1 more that you should really consider…2025-11-23T12:58:21.473ZUpgrading your TV in the Black Friday sales doesn't have to mean buying a whole new one. We've got soundbar deals and streaming stick deals on this page, so that you can just give your current screen a cheap boost if you prefer. In my spare room, I have an older Sony TV with smart software that horribly out of date – but I never use it. I have an Apple TV 4K connected, and the TV is just showing what's on that. And the TV is still really good quality!2025-11-23T12:39:26.951ZFinally, if you're just in the market for as large a TV as possible for as low a price as possible, then I'd point you towards the Insignia 85-inch Fire TV for $499 at Amazon. We haven't reviewed this one, to be clear, and generally I'd say that if you can afford to spend more, then it's worth it on a huge TV – because you'll really see the imperfections at this size. But sometimes, people want what they want, and based on our experience with Insignia TVs in the past, this is probably the best option available this Black Friday to get an 85-inch 4K TV under $500.2025-11-23T12:30:14.248Z(Image credit: Future)If these have all been pricier than what you have in mind, but you want an 85-inch TV that's actually going to give you clearly impressive pictures, then the TCL QM6K 85-inch for $997 at Amazon is what you want. This is the cheapest mini-LED in TCL's range, and it's absurdly well-featured for such a low price. High-end gaming tech, strong contrast, rich colors, and all under $1000? Fantastic value.2025-11-23T12:16:29.683Z(Image credit: Future)The TCL QM8K 85-inch can be found for $1797 at Amazon, and this is a seriously premium mini-LED TV that competes with the best from Samsung, but is fantastically low price.Being mini-LED means the contrast isn't quite as perfectly defined as OLED can deliver, but the brightness here is fantastic, meaning it's excellent for brighter rooms. And, obviously, it's just a great price as well, especially for a TV we gave 4.5 stars to in our review.2025-11-23T12:07:50.804ZIf you need a brighter TV because your room has more ambient light, then you can get the LG C5 83-inch OLED TV for $3,199 at Best Buy. That's a big leap over the price of the LG B5, but it's a significantly brighter TV, and delivers gorgeous colors that will hold up better against reflections. However, if you watch in a bright room and want something that doesn't cost quite as much, you have other options!(Image credit: Future)2025-11-23T11:54:08.789Z(Image credit: Future)One of the changes I've made in our selection of deals is to add more 83-85-inch deals, including a couple of 83-inch OLED TVs. OLEDs at this size have historically been, shall we say, very hard to afford. That's improved a lot, as evidenced by the LG B5.You can get the LG B5 83-inch OLED TV for just $1999 at Amazon right now, and if you're watching in a home theater room with controlled light, that's actually a pretty great bargain. The B5 has the pixel-perfect contrast of OLED, it's just less bright than the competition, but that doesn't matter in a dark room.2025-11-23T11:44:02.553ZOkay, I've just checked all the deals here, and added a bunch more – and I've rearranged our list to be ordered by TV size instead of by price! Go to the section covering the size you want, and you'll find the deals all in increasing order of price, so you can easily find best option for your budget.2025-11-23T10:18:40.652ZHello everyone, it's a beautiful Sunday where I am, and hopefully where you are too. I'm about to check the prices on all of our deals to make sure they're still relevant, and I'll also check the retailers to see if any tempting new offers have appeared.2025-11-22T17:59:21.133Z(Image credit: Future)Let's finish with a monster deal. The LG S95TR is a five-star Dolby Atmos surround system with 9.1.5 speakers channels – that's nine surround channels, a subwoofer, and five upfiring speakers. Our LG S95TR review lavished praise on its spatial sound, its power, and the fact that it has 4K 120Hz passthrough for gaming. Reduced from $1,600 to under $900, there's no better surround system deal this Black Friday.LG S95TR: Now $896 at Amazon2025-11-22T17:02:31.088Z(Image credit: Future)I reviewed the Sonos Arc Ultra myself, and it's pretty incredible how well this thing handles Dolby Atmos considering how compact it is. It's very wide, but isn't too deep or overly tall, yet it has a dizzying array of angled drivers that create unbelievably immersive sound, with really precise positional sound effects, and fantastic height effects, even in motion. It's also really powerful, and handles dialogue incredibly well – it's one of the clearest I've heard out of the box, and has AI-powered dialogue enhancement that's really effective. It's a premium price, but the price drop keeps it competitive – it's falling from $1,099 to $879. If you want the biggest scale of sound from the most minimal soundbar, this is ideal – especially if you want to wall-mount.Sonos Arc Ultra: Now $879 at Amazon2025-11-22T16:00:01.470Z(Image credit: Future)It's another Sony next! If you simply want a ton of power and scale for your cinematic sound, all extremely well-defined and with impressive Dolby Atmos positioning, then the Sony Bravia Theater Bar 6 is perfect. It's a 3.12-channel system, with powerful left, right and center speakers, upfiring speakers for height, and a hefty subwoofer. It will fill a room with great sound, and will give every movie a ton of punch – and for $499 instead of $699, it's great value. Our Sony Bravia Theater Bar 6 review digs into it more, but this is the perfect mid-price addition to a new big-screen TV, where you want to give the sound the same scale as the picture.Sony Bravia Theater Bar 6: Now $499 at Amazon2025-11-22T14:58:53.258Z(Image credit: Future)The Bose Smart Soundbar is our favorite small Dolby Atmos soundbar – suitable for TVs of 40 inches or so, yet packing really big, rich audio. Unlike its Sonos Beam 2nd Gen rival, it has upfiring speakers, so you get really convincing height, as well as excellent width and tons of power. Read more in our Bose Smart Soundbar review. It's dropped from $499 to $389, but the only thing to note is that it has been cheaper than this before – if we're lucky, we'll see it hit $329 again.Bose Smart Soundbar: Now $389 at Amazon2025-11-22T14:00:02.388Z(Image credit: Future)Next is a perennial favorite of ours: the Sony HT-S2000. If you just want an affordable single-box soundbar (ie, no subwoofer, no rear speakers) capable of convincing wide and tall Dolby Atmos sound, stretching far beyond the scale of your TV screen, this is the one to go for. It's really cinematic, it's a good size, and discounted from $499 to $298, it's an excellent price.Sony HT-2000: Now $298 at Amazon2025-11-22T13:03:34.548ZNext is the LG S55TR soundbar, which is – almost unbelievably – a full 5.1 channel system with rear speakers and dedicated subwoofer, from a huge brand, for under $200. We haven't reviewed it, but we've tested lots of other LG soundbars, and I'd trust this with my own money if I was in the market for something in this budget range. The official price drop doesn't look huge – it was $219, now it's $197 – but it's not about the discount, it's about the actual price. And the actual price is… good.LG S55TR 5.1 ch soundbar with rear speakers: Now $197 at Walmart2025-11-22T12:33:59.162Z(Image credit: Future)First up, the Amazon Fire TV Soundbar. Why's it here? Because it's $85 (down from $119) and it's good! This one isn't complicated – if you want something cheap, small, and capable of making your TV sound much clearer, then this record-low price is the way to go.Amazon Fire TV Soundbar: Now $84.99 at Amazon2025-11-22T12:29:55.280ZWe have some great soundbars in this guide, as well as TVs, so let's run through a bunch of them, and why I've picked them.2025-11-22T12:05:19.795ZStreaming deals are big tooTV lovers shouldn't forget that streaming deals are a big part of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This is one area where we expect to see more arrive next week – last year, Hulu had fantastic deals, for example, and we've only had a big bundle for it so far – but there are some good offers worth mentioning already!Prime Video: 8 bundles and 24 standalone subscriptions have up to 75% offDisney bundle: combine Disney+, Hulu and ESPN Unlimited for 40% lessStarz: subscribe to an annual plan for only $3 a monthPeacock or Paramount+: free subscription to either service via Walmart+YouTube TV: get 10% off a three-month subscriptionFubo TV: shave $30 off your first month with any planDirecTV: save $45 on the first 30 days of your subscriptionFrndly TV: access 40 live TV channels for just $0.99 per month2025-11-22T11:42:12.269ZI've added few more TVs to our selection: some bargain TCL mini-LED models that offer rich image quality for stunningly mid-range prices, and the Samsung S95F, which won our TV of the Year award for 2025.2025-11-22T11:25:28.497ZHello! I've just checked all the prices on this page to make they all good, and made some changes where appropriate. I've also added a second on streaming sticks, for the people who'd rather just update their existing TV.2025-11-21T23:04:36.239Z(Image credit: Future)Samsung’s flagship 4K mini-LED TV for 2025, the Samsung QN90F series, gets just about everything right. Its picture is near-perfect, even avoiding many of the typical mini-LED TV picture quality limitations, such as backlight blooming and off-axis uniformity. It also has the same Glare Free screen tech found in the flagship S95F OLED, which eliminates screen reflections when viewing in bright rooms. In our Samsung QN90F review, we praised it for its versatility and ability to deliver a great-looking picture in both bright and dim lighting conditions. We also appreciated the updates provided in version 9.0 of Samsung’s smart TV platform, which adds useful features such as a new quick menu to access frequently used picture adjustments and support for the Samsung Art Store. As with the other Samsung TVs discussed here, the QN90F is a pricier option than the competition, but all QN90F screen sizes (43-inch to 98-inch) are getting considerable discounts in the Black Friday sales.2025-11-21T22:28:36.937Z(Image credit: Future)Not everyone is sold on the benefits of 8K resolution for TVs, but if you ever do get a chance to see one of Samsung’s 8K mini-LED TVs in person, you’d be wowed by the level of picture detail, not just in 8K pictures, but in 4K ones as well. That’s because Samsung’s AI-based upscaling can do wonders with transforming 4K and even HD sources to 8K resolution. Not only does this bring an additional layer of detail without making pictures appear overenhanced or unnatural, but it also helps with other factors such as contrast and color saturation.8K TVs like the Samsung QN900F that we reviewed in 2025 are undeniably pricey, especially at the large screen sizes that actually make sense for 8K. If you are at all 8K curious, you can find the 85-inch Samsung QN900F in the Black Friday sales at a big discount, which will take off some of the 8K TV sticker shock sting.2025-11-21T22:02:52.168Z(Image credit: Future)The Samsung S90F brings many of the picture quality advantages of the flagship Samsung S95F to an OLED TV with a more affordable price. It’s available in a wide range of screen sizes, including 42- and 83-inches, but the model that we tested and recommend is the 65-inch S90F.Why just the 65-inch model? That’s the one size that Samsung has confirmed uses a QD-OLED display panel (the others use a W-OLED display). As we stated in our Samsung S90F 65-inch review, this “manages to combine the sort of phenomenally inky, deep black tones expected of OLED TVs with brighter HDR image highlights than its S90D predecessor managed.” Otherwise, the S90F has solid all-around picture quality, though brightness is lower than the S95F, and it lacks that model’s Glare Free anti-reflection screen tech.2025-11-21T21:30:13.853Z(Image credit: Future)Samsung’s top OLED for 2025, the Samsung S95F, builds on the foundation of its Samsung S95D predecessor, a TV that pushed the boundaries of what OLED tech is capable of. It features a new QD-OLED display panel with notably high brightness for an OLED TV, along with the second generation of Samsung’s Glare Free screen, a tech that virtually eliminates screen reflections.S95F series TVs also feature sophisticated AI-based processing to enhance detail and motion handling and upscale standard dynamic range programs to HDR. They have a razor-thin design and use Samsung’s One Connect Box for external connections to keep installations tidy. There are many good reasons why we selected the Samsung S95F as our choice of the overall best TV in the TechRadar Choice Awards 2025. Value wasn’t one of them – this is a pricey, premium TV. But the Black Friday deals we’re seeing on the S95F are making it a more appealing option, and one that more folks will be able to afford.2025-11-21T21:00:11.793Z(Image credit: Future)Did we forget Samsung? No, we did not. Samsung has a vast TV lineup, ranging from pricey 8K mini-LED models to affordable QLED TVs in both small and massive screen sizes. Basically, Samsung makes something for everyone. We’ve tested many Samsung TVs in 2025, but here’s the four I want to discuss:Samsung S95FSamsung S90FSamsung QN900FSamsung QN90FWhat you have there from the top down is the company’s flagship and mid-range OLED TVs, the flagship 8K mini-LED series, and the flagship 4K mini-LED series. All of these TVs deeply impressed us with their refined picture quality and innovative features and design. Samsung puts plenty of R&D into its top models, and that work is reflected in the five-star reviews each of these TVs received from TechRadar in 2025.2025-11-21T20:33:00.375Z(Image credit: Disney / Future)The main thing you need to know about the Hisense 116UX is that it’s only available in one screen size: 116 inches. It also costs $25,000, and that’s the discounted price.Hisense opted to go big for its first RGB mini-LED TV, which uses separate red, green, and Blue LED modules for enhanced color purity and color gamut coverage. In our Hisense 116UX review, we found it to be the brightest TV we’ve ever tested, hitting 5,000-plus nits peak brightness. Some black uniformity issues prevented the 116UX from being a slam dunk in our review, but we otherwise appreciated its vivid, rich, and expansive picture.Hisense plans to bring RGB mini-LED tech to smaller screen sizes in 2026, and given the company’s tradition of providing high bang for the buck mini-LED models, these should shake up the TV landscape.2025-11-21T20:02:21.439Z(Image credit: Future)The entry-level series in the Hisense mini-LED TV lineup, the Hisense U65QF has better-than-average brightness for a budget TV, and its overall picture quality punched above its price class when we tested it. Two HDMI ports with 4K 144Hz and FreeSync Premium VRR support, it’s also an impressive gaming TV.Two things about the U65QF indicate its budget status. First, it uses the Amazon Fire TV smart interface instead of the Google TV platform used by Hisense’s higher-end TVs. Second, the design is super-basic, with support feet instead of a pedestal stand. If you can overlook all that, the U65QF series is a fantastic value, with the 55-inch model currently discounted to around $400 in the Black Friday sales.2025-11-21T19:34:02.028Z(Image credit: Future)The Hisense U75QG is the mid-range model in the company’s mini-LED lineup, but it doesn’t shortchange when it comes to performance. As we said in our Hisense U75QG review, the “brightness is incredible for the price,” and it’s also a fantastic gaming TV, with four HDMI 2.1 ports that support 4K 165Hz and FreeSync Premium Pro. Input lag is an ultra-low 9.8ms – the best we’ve yet seen on a Hisense TV.Value was already a highlight of the U75QG when it was first released, and it’s getting fantastic discounts in the Black Friday sales. You can find the 65-inch version selling for under $750 and the 55-inch for around $500. Need an even larger screen? The 100-inch U75QG is discounted to around $2,200 – an incredible bigscreen TV value.2025-11-21T18:58:55.917Z(Image credit: Future)The Hisense U8QG is a notable upgrade on its U8N predecessor, something we noted in our Hisense U8QG review. Everything from peak HDR brightness to color gamut coverage was improved on this model, and with up to 5,000 local dimming zones (on the 100-inch model), black detail is near OLED-like.Along with its high brightness, the U8QG’s anti-reflection screen makes it a great option for watching sports in bright rooms. The performance of the U8QG’s 4.1.2-channel speaker array was a bit disappointing – deep bass effects would make the built-in sub rattle – but a TV this good deserves to be paired with one of the best soundbars.2025-11-21T18:33:17.886Z(Image credit: Future)It’s time to talk about Hisense! This company’s 2025 mini-LED TV lineup really impressed us by providing exceptionally bright, refined-looking pictures across the board, from the flagship U8QG to the entry-level U65QF. There’s also the 1116UX, the first RGB mini-LED TV to hit the market, which is worth mentioning, although at $25,000 – the Black Friday deal price – it's a bit of an outlier. Here are the Hisense TVs to look for in the Black Friday deals:Hisense U8QGHisense U75QGHisense U65QFWhat’s exceptional about this lineup is that all the models are mini-LED and are currently selling for under $1,000 for a 65-inch screen size. Given the performance level of these TVs, they all represent excellent value and are well worth checking out in the Black Friday sales.2025-11-21T17:59:01.736ZWhat about TCL's other TVs? There's the X11K, which is the bleeding-edge super-high-end model that only comes in giant sizes. We haven't reviewed it, but we've seen it in person, and it's… a lot.The TCL T7 is a really interesting option. It's very new, so we haven't reviewed it yet, but it's a really cheap TV that has 4K 120Hz gaming support – and I mean that it's cheap at full price. There's also the TCL NxtVision, which is the company's equivalent of Samsung's The Frame TV. Again, we haven't fully reviewed it, but it can be very competitive.TCL also makes some TVs with Roku on board, rather than the Google TV is uses for most TVs – if you like to have the most user-friendly software in an affordable TV, that's perfect.2025-11-21T17:33:04.424Z(Image credit: Future)This is the most entry-level mini-LED, and it offers weaker viewing angles and less clear, precise contrast than the QM7K. However, it's still extremely good for the price, and far better than non-mini-LED TVs from the competition. We said in our TCL QM6K review that it "threads the needle between affordable and premium fairly well with its smorgasbord of features such as Dolby Vision IQ support, a vibrant picture, an ability to minimize halos, and a low price for what it offers."And the pricing here is absolutely astounding. A 65-inch QM6K mini-LED for just $497 at Amazon? Phenomenal. A 98-inch QM6K for just $1,698 at Amazon, somehow? It won't be for everyone, but it'll astound the people who want the home theater experience for less.2025-11-21T17:14:24.247Z(Image credit: Future)Okay, now we're taking a step down from the QM8K, which means the QM7K has less brightness, and a little less rich contrast than the QM8K – but shares most of its features. But it doesn't feel cut-back – we said it's a "fantastic TV" in our TCL QM7K review. This should be the deal of the year. Almost the picture quality of the QM8K, but for a majorly lower price. But Black Friday has treated it weirdly so far – it hasn't had discounts as big as the QM8K's. This means that the 65-inch QM7K is only $100 less than the QM8K, and the gap needs to be bigger – I'd get the QM8K, in that case! I think this will change later – keep your eyes peeled.2025-11-21T16:57:00.365Z(Image credit: Future)This is a step down from the QM9K, yet is still very much a premium TV – just without the premium price tag. In our TCL QM8K review, we said "Value is perhaps the strongest suit of the QM8K, which offers very solid picture quality, sleek design, and useful features at a lower price than the premium competition."We praised its impressive control of dark tones, and its wide viewing angles, so it's ideal for large family rooms. And just to hammer home what I said about value, this can stand up against the best that Samsung has to offer, but currently costs $897 for a 65-inch TV at Amazon. Bargain.2025-11-21T16:40:34.584Z(Image credit: Future)This really shows off what TCL's tech can do, without going completely off the pricing rails – but it's definitely a premium TV. Still, we said that the "exceptional picture is worth the money" in our TCL QM9K review. We said that "rich color and strong contrast is enhanced by an anti-reflection screen and an ultra-wide viewing angle feature. An Audio by Bang & Olufsen speaker system provides clear, muscular Dolby Atmos sound, and the QM9K also supports the new Dolby FlexConnect wireless sound format."You've got advanced features, great picture quality, and it was the first TV to support Google Gemini's AI assistant.2025-11-21T16:23:47.442Z(Image credit: Future)Let's talk about TCL next – it and Hisense are two of the hottest TV companies this year, delivering big, beautiful TVs for stunningly low prices, and that's what people want right now. The really juicy options you want to see Black Friday discounts on are:TCL QM9KTCL QM8KTCL QM7KTCL QM6KThis is the mini-LED range, starting from super-elite at the top, down to stunning affordable at the bottom, but all with an advanced backlight enabling very strong brightness and richer contrast than previous LED TVs.2025-11-21T16:14:14.300ZWhat about LG's other models? Well, we like LG's small and cheap TVs, but its QNED range of LED TVs are way weaker than the competition from Samsung, Hisense and TCL – the OLED TVs are where it's at.LG also has an OLED TV that's a step above the G5: the M5. But this is just the G5 screen, with a special 'Zero Connect' wireless box, so all the HDMI connections go into a box that connects wirelessly to the screen, so you don't have to worry about cable clutter. LG also makes a transparent OLED TV, but that's not for us regular mortals…2025-11-21T16:04:49.560Z(Image credit: Future)And then there's the LG G5. This is a huge step up in brightness even over the LG C5, and has a superior anti-reflection layer, making it best of these OLED TVs for bright rooms. Its contrast is second to none, it's processing is elite, and it offers basically the best of what TVs can offer – and all in a super-slim design that's design to look especially beautiful when wall-mounted.It costs quote a lot more than the LG C5 at the same sizes, though. You'll see the difference, but that's why we think the C5 has the edge on overall value for most people. Here's our five-star LG G5 review, to dig into its details.2025-11-21T15:44:21.213Z(Image credit: Future)Next, let's move up to the LG C5. We rate this as our #1 pick in our list of the best TVs, based purely on value for money. It's not cheap, but its image quality is basically in the one-below-the-best-on-the-planet category – and it costs a lot less than the TVs in that category, at least. You get much richer contrast than the LG B5, and slightly better processing for motion and detail, as well far more powerful built-in speakers. Here's our five-star LG C5 review for more.2025-11-21T15:33:23.829Z(Image credit: Future)We'll start with the entry-level OLED, the LG B5. This is the cheapest model, but this doesn't mean it misses out on tons of features. Actually for pure functionality, it's really close the LG C5, which is the model above. That includes next-gen gaming features. However, it's much less bright than the LG C5, and has less advanced image processing, as well as weaker built-in sound. But it can be really inexpensive for an OLED.Here's our full LG B5 review.2025-11-21T15:25:52.085Z(Image credit: Future)Let's talk about the TV line-ups that some of the big companies offer, so that you can understand more about what's available. We'll start with LG, and the really important models here are the OLED TVs. The most important models are:LG B5LG C5LG G5The first two are pictured about in our testing room.2025-11-21T15:13:14.785ZI've just added soundbars to this guide! I know that some people won't want to spend as much as a whole TV costs, but do want an AV upgrade – and there are some great deals on them, meaning you can a powerful speaker system for under $200… or you can spend a lot more on a Dolby Atmos masterpiece. They're all above – have a look!2025-11-21T14:39:00.333ZIf you're buying a really small TV, you probably don't need to worry about whether it's 4K or not – at a normal viewing distance, you won't be able to tell anyway. Which means you can save a lot on the Amazing Fire TV 2-Series 40-inch, which is HD resolution, and eminently affordable. It has Fire TV so you can stream from every service, and HDR for punchier colors.Amazon Fire TV 2-Series 40-inch: Now $149 at Amazon2025-11-21T14:06:02.531Z(Image credit: Future)By the way, if you're interested in how we review TVs – the process, the measuring equipment, the reference movies – you can read all about it. Our appropriately named 'How we test TVs at TechRadar' article covers the different elements, and you can go deeper into the individual tests from that article.2025-11-21T13:33:02.187Z(Image credit: Future)Our lead reviewer, James Davidson, revisited the LG C5, LG G5 and Samsung S95F TVs ahead of Black Friday – these all earned five stars in our respective reviews, and all have the potential for big back Friday deals, so which would he pick as the best value? Here's what he thought.2025-11-21T13:10:51.590Z(Image credit: Future)If you want to make the most of your TV for gaming, perhaps you'd like a PS5 Pro, with the fanciest graphics on the planet? You can get it for $649 instead of $749 at Walmart right now.Or if you already have a PS5 and want to spend less, how about a DualSense controller for $10 off at Walmart?2025-11-21T12:36:32.915ZI've just been through and checked all the prices of our chosen TVs, to make sure they're still strong deals! The good news is that a couple have dropped further, including LG's B5 OLED TV falling back down to its cheapest-ever price. You love to see it.2025-11-21T11:59:23.092Z(Image credit: Future)I got another email from a reader asking me about 100-inch TVs, which I admit I love to dig into, because it's still so exciting to me that they've become a viable option. This reader asked about the TCL QM8K vs the Hisense U8QG at this sizing. These TVs are incredibly close in performance, and will tussle it out for price over the Black Friday period.I said that I'd lean towards the TCL, though. It's generally considered to have better uniformity across the screen (meaning that if you have a big area of a single color, it'll all look the same and won't have unwanted sutble changes in parts), and this is obviously something you'll notice more in a huge TV than a smaller one.But also, the Hisense TV has three HDMI ports, all of which are full HDMI 2.1 ports equipped for next-gen gaming. The TCL has four HDMI ports, two of which are full HDMI 2.1 ports. I'd rather have more ports overall than fewer ports that have more flexibility to them. That's a personal preference thing, and if you have an AV receiver, maybe it doesn't matter – but for me, it would push me to the TCL.2025-11-21T11:31:26.969ZI got an email from a reader asking me about Insignia Fire TVs vs Roku's Select Series TVs for a great cheap mid-size TV. The reader was looking for built-in streaming tech, and was mainly interested in watching sports. My answer is that I'd lean towards the Roku Select Series, because I trust Roku's motion processing to be stronger than Insignia's, which is useful for sports. But also, while Fire TV is a good smart TV system with really comprehensive app support, it can be a bit stuttery on cheaper TVs – Roku tends to work a little more smoothly, in our experience.Roku Select Series 55-inch: Now $299 at Amazon2025-11-21T09:57:17.656ZWe're in day two of this year's Black Friday deals! There's still a whole week until the day itself, but we'll keep updating this page with the latest price changes and new deals in the meantime.2025-11-20T22:46:32.609Z(Image credit: Future)There are two major sound formats used for home theater: Dolby and DTS. Some soundbars, particularly Sonos soundbars, don't support higher-end DTS sound – specifically, uncompressed DTS-HD audio and the DTS:X 3D data that's equivalent to Dolby Atmos. Is this a major problem? DTS-HD really only comes up on 4K Blu-rays, so this aspect usually isn't, especially because your TV or player may be able decode this and turn it into high-quality LPCM audio that the soundbar can handle nicely anyway. Even basic players, like the PS5, can do this. The DTS:X might come up more often, because it's now used in IMAX Enhanced movies on Disney Plus. But again, these things will still play on soundbars without full DTS support, you just don't get all the same whizbang effects… and sometimes, Dolby Atmos is available as an alternative sound option anyway.2025-11-20T22:03:13.525Z(Image credit: Future)A word of warning for the aesthetes out there: soundbars really pick up dust, just like TVs do. Black, hard-grilled soundbars are easy to clean at least – you can just dust them like anything else regularly.Ones with fabric grilles are harder, naturally. Fortunately, they also show dust up less, but if you're a stickler, you can try either an extremely soft-bristled brush to disturb the dust without wrecking the fabric, or some kind of very low-power vacuum, like a desk vacuum for keyboard crumbs.2025-11-20T21:31:23.442Z(Image credit: Future)One thing to consider when buying a soundbar is placement – especially if you have an entertainment unit you want to fit it into.If you're buying a soundbar with side-firing and up-firing speakers, then putting it into an enclosure where all those angles are blocked isn't going to work. The best Dolby Atmos soundbars, in particular, really need to be out in the open.On the other hand, some soundbars are designed with only forward-facing speakers and are quite happy to be enclosed – Sonos specifically advertises this options with the Sonos Ray, for example. The soundbar should also be just below your TV, so that the sound can be attached to what's happening on-screen well. That's obviously easy if your TV is on a stand, but if your TV is wall-mounted, you don't want the soundbar on a console a few feet below it. If your TV's on the wall, your soundbar should be as well – they basically all have some kind of bracket option.2025-11-20T21:03:12.915Z(Image credit: Universal)So, you've got yourself a great new soundbar with a meaty matching subwoofer, and you want to test that bass. In that case, may I direct you to the movies First Man and Interstellar. Both contain tense space vehicle scenes that will absolutely show you what that woofer is capable of.First Man has a few of these, but it literally opens with one, so you won't be waiting long. For Interstellar, you want to fire up the spinning docking sequence towards the end.2025-11-20T20:34:17.466Z(Image credit: Future)When you're measuring up to see if a soundbar is the right width for your setup, don't forget to check the height too! Some TVs have a very low-slung stand to make them look very cool and minimalist, but this can be a problem if you then want to put a block of plastic in front of them…Most TVs these days are made with soundbars in mind – and some have adjustable height stands for this reason – but even just a few years ago, not all models thought about this. So just check before you cut off the bottom of your picture!2025-11-20T20:01:19.594Z(Image credit: Future)Sometimes, you're not ready to buy a soundbar with rear speakers right now, but you're hoping to be able to make that jump in the future – so if you buy smartly, you can choose an bar that has the option of adding rear speakers in the future, for a smaller outlay than buying a whole new system. There are plenty of great bars that offer this! Sonos is the obvious one – the Sonos Ray, Sonos Beam 2, Sonos Arc and Sonos Arc Ultra can all take two Sonos speakers as wireless rears. This isn't a very cheap way to do it (two Sonos Era 100s is not a small outlay), but it sounds good.Samsung also offers a great option here – buy the immersive and powerful Samsung HW-Q800D or the newer Samsung HW-Q800F, and you can add either the small Samsung SWA-9200S rear speakers, or the larger Samsung SWA-9500S speaker that include extra Dolby Atmos height channels as well as surround sound. This is probably the best-value way to eventually build a really powerful system. You can also add speakers to Sony's soundbars – they're more expensive than Samsung's option, but if you don't want a subwoofer, this is my pick.2025-11-20T19:34:24.903Z(Image credit: Future)Dolby Atmos is one of the hottest things to have in a soundbar these days, but what is it, and do you really need it?Dolby Atmos is an 'object-based' 3D sound format. Basically, in previous surround systems, sound is assigned to one of the 'channels' – so, it comes from the front-left, or rear-right, for example. This means your speakers need to be in specific places to hear the soundtrack right. In Atmos, each sound in the mix is its own object, existing in a mapped 3D space, meaning that if you have more speakers, they can take advantage and add more specificity to where a sound should be coming from. And in Atmos, that includes height as well as surrounding you – it's supposed to create a dome of sound.High-end soundbars have many channels to make the most of this, such as the Samsung HW-Q990F with its 11 surround channels and four height channels, or the Sonos Arc Ultra with its nine surround channels. You will also see that many cheaper soundbars support Dolby Atmos, even those with just a two-channel stereo setup. These soundbars can process 'virtual' channels to create a good 3D effect, but the cheaper the soundbar, the less you should expect this to work. At the very cheap end, you're probably better off getting one the same price without Atmos, so that money is put into better speakers instead of Atmos processing. So Dolby Atmos is not really essential at the cheap end, and pretty much everything from the mid-range up will include it anyway, so you shouldn't have to think too hard about it.2025-11-20T19:06:16.307Z(Image credit: Sonos)A key thing that people don't always think about before buying a soundbar is whether the dimensions are a good fit for your TV. Really, I'd love to see soundbar manufacturers put suggested TV sizes on the descriptions of the soundbars.Smaller soundbars, like the Sonos Beam Gen 2 or the Ultimea Poseidon D50 are good for TVs from 32 inches to 55 inches. They won't quite match the scale of the pictures beyond that size. There are mid-size soundbars, like the Sony HT-S2000 or the Samsung HW-Q800C that will work from 48 inches to 65 inches nicely – probably just about to 75 inches in the Samsung's case. And then the premium soundbars – the Sonos Arc Ultra, Samsung HW-Q990D or Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar – are all designed for TVs of 55 inches and up. They'll stick out well beyond anything smaller, which will just look odd.2025-11-20T18:37:03.931Z(Image credit: Future)Let's talk about gaming TVs. Any premium TV will be, at the least, very good for gaming. Anything higher-end LG or Samsung in particular is impeccable for gaming performance and features. It's when you go to the mid-range that things get more complicated. Our full best gaming TVs guide digs into this further, but here's an example: the Hisense U8N is usually our picks as the best mid-range TV, but that's not true in the gaming guide, because the Samsung Q80C has HDMI 2.1 support with 4K 120Hz across all four HDMI ports, whereas the Hisense only has HDMI 2.1 on two of its four ports, making it less futureproof and flexible for gamers.2025-11-20T18:03:17.059Z(Image credit: Future)When we talk about brightness on TVs, what do we mean? There are two kinds that get talked about most often: Peak HDR Brightness, and Fullscreen Brightness.Peak HDR Brightness is measured in small windows of bright white on the screen (we use 10% of the screen, manufacturers will use as small as 3% of the screen), and this tends to be the absolute brightest a screen can go for short times. In use, this would affect a high-contrast moment, such as a muzzle flash, or the sun glaring in a space movie.Fullscreen Brightness is how bright a screen can go over its whole panel for an indefinite amount of time. This affects things like sports where you tend to be watching a bright image the whole time, and the brighter the fullscreen brightness, the less likely you are to be distracted by reflections.Mini-LED TVs are always brighter than OLED TVs, but high-end OLEDs come very close to mini-LEDs when it comes to Peak HDR Brightness. But for Fullscreen Brightness, mini-LED is still way ahead, usually doubling even the brightest OLEDs.2025-11-20T17:33:01.847Z(Image credit: LG)What size TV should you buy for your space? Really, it comes down to you and your ambitions. There have been multiple suggestion on sizes in the past – you should sit twice the distance of your TV's size, wait, it should be 1.5 times, wait, in the era of 4K maybe it can be less…I think 1.5 is a good basic rule if you're in doubt. But it's an aesthetic choice as much as anything. Some people do not want a large TV, for various reasons, and you shouldn't go big just because a rule of thumb tells you to.The distance I sit from my TV roughly equal to the size of the TV, because I want a big home theater feeling. Some people find that oppressive. But know that, according to Samsung's research, not getting a bigger size is the primary regret people have with their TV purchases…2025-11-20T17:01:38.753Z(Image credit: Universal Pictures)Let's follow up the last post that offered some showcases of Dolby Atmos' spatial effects, with another movie list – but this time focusing on movies with seriously impressive Atmos musical scores and soundtracks. It's one thing to enjoy the whizzy sound effect placement of Atmos, but it can also be used to present just fantastic musical stagings, and these movies take advantage of that. The good thing is that these don't rely on you having surround sound in the same way as the other list – this is more about the overall soundstage than the channels. Here's our list of 7 movies to make your soundbar or home theater sing.2025-11-20T16:39:10.001Z(Image credit: Paramount Studios)If you're thinking of getting a soundbar with a full surround effect and Dolby Atmos to add to your TV this Black Friday, and you want to make sure you experience what it can really do, then take a look at this list of 10 impressive home theater movies. These are about experiencing all the advantages of surround, and Atmos' precise sound placements in particular – there are some big blockbusters that you'll be expecting, plus some quieter movies that just make great use of the soundscape.2025-11-20T16:05:31.520Z(Image credit: Future)If you invest in a higher-end soundbar, let alone a full-on home theater system, one thing you need to know is that you'll get the most out of it if you use physical media rather than streaming.Even when streaming services offer Dolby Atmos sound, they're using a compressed version of it, called Dolby Digital Plus (DD+). If you watch a 4K Blu-ray, you get the uncompressed version of it, called Dolby True HD (DTHD).DD+ is capable of supporting the object-based 3D data of Dolby Atmos, but uses less data, so is preferable for streamers. But using less data means you lose some of the dynamic range of the sound – which is retained in the DTHD version. The same goes for non-Atmos movies – comparing a compressed 5.1-channel stream of Interstellar from Apple TV to a DTS-HD full-quality 4K Blu-ray, there's a huge change in how it takes advantage of the subwoofer, and can make complex parts of the soundtrack come across clearer and more defined. To be clear, getting a great soundbar will be a huge upgrade over TV speakers or a lesser soundbar, but just know they have more power than you might realise, unless you're adding one of the best 4K Blu-ray players too.2025-11-20T15:33:08.958ZBig TV, small priceIf you want a big TV and don't care about it a super-premium screen, then the Insignia 75-inch F50 Series 4K Fire TV is a stand-out from Best Buy's sale – it's just $379.99, down from $599. A single bar obviously takes up much less space in the room and so might be preferable for your setup overall. You can expect a soundbar like this to add more range to the sound overall, more clarity to speech because the mid-range will stand out more from other frequencies, and better width to the sound so it feels big has a difference from left to right. Some expensive models can produce pretty impressive bass. But adding a subwoofer will add far more bass, and this means you'll get the impact of explosions, the hum of an ominous soundtrack, or the tone of a musical score all coming through much more like was intended for the movie. It's really just about what you want from a soundbar – clarity in a compact frame, or a much bigger and more cinematic sound.2025-11-20T13:40:55.533Z(Image credit: Future)In the last couple of years, the best portable projectors have emerged as a popular alternative to TVs, especially instead of a secondary TV, in situations where you don't care too much about picture quality. Kids rooms, offices, outdoors… or all of these, since the whole point is that they're portable! They tend to include Wi-Fi to make it easy to stream, so they're truly portable – and some include a battery, so you don't even need to think about power. TVs are getting bigger and bigger in screen size, but thinner and thinner – and great sound requires big speakers that take up a lot of physical volume. High-end TVs use fancy speaker arrays to offer pretty good sound, but still tend to lack bass, because that requires even more physical volume. And budget TVs often sacrifice the sound, to ensure that all the effort is put into a dazzling picture – and cheap TVs can be really mediocre in some cases for sound clarity. So, soundbars have become extremely popular. They don't take up much physical space, but they have more physical depth and can direct the sound right towards you, for clearer results. Some TV makers basically use soundbars to solve their TVs' sound problem, offering free soundbars in bundles or heavy discounts when bought with a TV.But soundbars are very inexpensive generally, and that goes double over Black Friday…2025-11-20T12:46:08.306Z(Image credit: TCL)What's the big deal about mini-LED? This tech works just like traditional LED screens, in that a layer of LEDs behind the pixels generates the light that reaches you eyes, and gets converted to the right colors on the way.The difference is that the LEDs are far tinier, which means TV companies can fit a lot more of them in. This has three advantages: it means a more even backlight; it means a brighter light; and it means more accurate local dimming for better contrast, because the areas being dimmed can be smaller if the LEDs are smaller. When it launched, mini-LED was strictly a premium tech only – but in only a few short years, it's appeared on budget TVs, where it makes a huge difference to the picture quality.2025-11-20T12:34:36.769ZRoku Pro is the pro's choice of mid-range TV(Image credit: Future)When it comes to impressive mid-range mini-LED TVs, TCL and Hisense tend to get all the attention. For many years, the tech had a reputation for a big problem: images that appeared on screen often and for long periods – such as network logos or parts of a game's interface – would 'burn' into the screen, and leave ghostly images there all the time. This reputation was well-earned – it was a big problem for the tech, no doubt. But recent TVs have essentially fully overcome this problem, using a combination of better screen tech, smart processing that detects and mitigates the effects of static logos quietly in the background, and the use of good old-fashioned screen savers if they detect that you're leaving a fully still image (like a paused video) on the screen for too long.2025-11-20T12:01:39.551ZSamsung 5-star OLED, but only in one size(Image credit: Future)While we're talking about OLED, here's a good-but-specific deal. The Samsung S90F uses a mix of different OLED plans types across its different sizes, which means we can't generally verify its performance, which makes it very hard for us to review and recommend. However, the 65-inch version uses just a single panel type, so we reviewed that size only – and we gave it five stars out of five. It's an excellent TV, with superb picture quality, top-tier gaming features, and it has a great discount right now.Samsung S90F OLED TV 65-inch: Now $1,399 at Best Buy2025-11-20T11:56:37.207Z(Image credit: Future)If you've heard all the fuss about OLED TVs, but you're not sure what the deal is, then let me direct you to our 'What is OLED' guide – but here's the short version.LED screens, including QLED, consist of a big screen of lights behind a color-filtering layer of pixels. This makes it hard for these TVs to show true black tones, because trying to block light coming from the backlight often results in something a little gray. Most good TVs these days have an element of 'local dimming' to help avoid this, where the light turns itself off in sections that should be black to create true black tones – but if there still a bright section, light will 'bleed' into the dark area.OLED screens don't have this issue. Each pixel generates its own light, and can be dimmed all the way to being off, for true black tones that can be right next to tiny bright highlights, and there'll be no bleed from one to the other. For this reason, they're considered the ultimate in image quality by many people – though they can't go as bright as LED TVs, so there's a trade-off.2025-11-20T11:51:26.448ZA small premium TV with elite features(Image credit: Future)Best Buy's Black Friday sale has slashed a generous $700 off LG's 48-inch B5 OLED TV, bringing the price down to $599.99 – though this was $549 earlier in this year's sales, so keep an eye out for it to drop again.Released this year, the LG B5 is the best budget OLED TV on the market.
